GET EM, McRacist!

Go ahead and openly make the argument that black votes aren’t “real” votes Argue it loud and proud!

Eventually your hood will slip. I just hope it’s in a way that tars all your compatriots too.

So he claims but of course, he will not be able to prove anything. It’s just sour grapes. Loser.

Another repug with another frivolous law suit. Nothing new.

I think he’s been like this his whole life and gets what he wants by being horrifically tedious. The flaw in that, tho, is that he doesn’t have the charm of the people who eventually wear you down. He’s a prick.

I’m not even violent and I want this dude to take a bath with a toaster just so this fucking story stops.

If this judge decides not to accept the case, or more likely not to grant the emergency injunction requested, that leaves McDaniel up the river without a paddle.

I suspect the judge has thirty days or so to make his/her decision, schedule hearings, etc. before even putting this on a regular calendar docket. Mid-August is 12-13 weeks from the election, but a lot has to happen in that time (absentee ballots printed, etc.) I would guess the judge lets this run for a little bit, then decides that McDaniel missed an earlier filing deadline (about presenting his challenge to the state GOP, possibly).

It’s not the results that matter, it’s his racist intent that counts.

only won the election with crossover votes from Democrats and African-Americans.

I’m not sure what the phrase “Democrats and African Americans” means here. Is this a quote from McDaniel’s suit or just a bad phrasing of the reporter’s understanding? Surely Democrats and African-Americans aren’t two distinct groups. And I’m sure McDaniel isn’t claiming that it was unfair for African-Americans to vote in the run-off, even though he may believe it. Editing, people, editing.

McDaniel: I lost the vote but dammit I won the primary …dammit. I don’t care what the rules are or the law says … I may have lost when you look at the votes but I won … now I’m taking my ball and going home.

Clearly the vote count does not matter to McDaniel. Just the fact that he won… forget the dam vote count…it ain’t relevant anyway.

Apparently McDaniel doesn’t understand what an OPEN PRIMARY is. I get that they are claiming that there were illegitimate Democrats voting in the GOp primary because they supposedly voted before in the Dem primary. I find it interesting that they found enough “illegal” votes so that he can say if they hadn’t voted McDaniel would have won. I wish he would go away. I hope this lawsuit amounts to nothing because I think Cochrane was a genius to court the Democrat voters.

Just imagine how productive this maniac would be in The Congress. He would protest each and every vote that didn’t go his way .

What a joy to be around.

I didn’t think they had “Snow” in Mississippi. This is the only comment I believe this guy deserves.

What this nut bag does not understand, the ultimate authority in any Primary are the Party’s not the courts, the Parties even have to pay the states to hold the election, this is a party matter, and McDaniel the wackado is not their nominee
