The less redacted documents show Flynn taking pot shots at the Obama administration for failing to cultivate relationships with nations like Russia, claiming that lack of contact prompted the Trump transition to break protocol and hold meetings with foreign government emissaries while Barack Obama was still in office.
I’m second guessing Mueller’s decision not to throw the book at this guy ala Manafort. Was his cooperation really that necessary to justify a lighter sentence? One more reason Mueller needs to speak publicly in front of Congress

The more we I learn about this guy, the more I dislike him. And we don’t even know what Judge Sullivan knows that made him call Flynn’s actions treasonous.
What would a Lieutenant General consider appropriate for a subordinate who persistently consorted with the enemy behind his back and repeatedly lied to him about it?

Flynn also described a December 2016 phone conversation … which he falsely claimed was focused on arranging a call between Trump and President Vladimir Putin.
Kinda makes me wonder what all those other conversations Trump campaign officials were allegedly having about setting up a meeting between Agent Orange and Putin were all about.
Certainly, I get the feeling that, after a point, such a meeting was actually neither sought after nor necessary.

In this one she makes the ironic point that Flynn assumed the investigators were biased toward Trump, whilst the post-election narrative from [Jim Jordan et al including] Barr assumes that the investigators were biased against Trump.
