But their over-the-top defense of the whole thing indicates to me that a) their individual crimes and scandals would be enough to topple government by the GOP, b) their collective crimes and scandals would be enough to topple the entire GOP structure, and c) they are taking advantage of the time left before this comes out to gut the Constitution, corrupt the Supreme Court, and turn policymaking over to the people who are going to profit the most from this chaos.
