Trump is now directly shown to be a criminal. End of story.
And Rump thought that his so-called “summit” was going to overshadow this??? What a fool…
I mean, this is rock solid evidence of campaign finance violations. Fucking indict him (Trump), NYSD. Do we have a rule of law or not?
Cheeto Caligula is staying up all night to watch this. No rest for the worried. ![]()
To me these checks prove nothing other than money was exchanged. Without an invoice these could be for anything, possibly a retainer fee. Cohen was his attorney, right?
Wow!
Even Capital One Bank is involved in the vast anti-Trump conspiracy.
He’s probably already snorting speed
Capitol One… “what’s in your wallet?”
edit
@sooner The second check is from a “revocable trust account” and so apparently is not a personal check. But it does not apparently have donnie’s signature on it

I am finding it very hard to listen to this testimony
According to DoJ policy Individual-1 is exempt from being indicted.
Article 1, Section 6 reads (with reference to Congress …house and senate)…
“They shall in all cases, except treason, felony, and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either house they shall not be questioned in any other place”
…
So much for the “equal justice under law” slogan on the lintel of the Supreme Court building.
I’m hoping that Air Force One is ready to come home, Trump will decide to stay in Hanoi.
This is a gobsmacking level of doofisity.
It’s like they signed the checks thinking, “Hey, it’s only illegal if it’s not legal, bruh.”
Just day before yesterday (on Fox of course) Donnie jr said any crimes by trump or his folk committed in the campaign or the past weren’t actual crimes.
Absolutely. I guess what I’m suggesting is that the DOJ policy can go fuck itself.
The thinking and the understanding of whether or not a sitting president can be indicted has evolved dramatically, and the origins of this opinion had to with indicting Agnew and/or Nixon. Maddow spent a full hour on it. Ken Starr himself has said a sitting president can be indicted, and very recently Eric Holder. trumpp is for now an unindicted co-conspirator and that’s what Nixon was when he was forced to leave office.
@nemo FYI DOJ policy is obsolete.
I agree
In my humble opinion I believe anyone who committed a crime while in office should be held to account irrespective of the office they hold or their political party. Otherwise we don’t have equality of justice before the law. It creates a privileged class and that was one of the most important reasons for our revolution in the first place.
The argument that an indictment would result in too much time being takes from a POTUS’s official duties is specious at best since we have a vice president and the 25th amendment which clearly states that a POTUS could set aside his office for a while and then take it up again. And we all know that 45 spends a good half the day at “executive time” which is basically goofing off time.
No one disagree with this theory or with you. Sitting president Clinton was impeached on the most baseless of charges and there’s every reason to believe moron will be charged with crimes and a bill of impeachment will be presented to the full House.
