So, help me out, his strategy would be to veto the omnibus budget? Have been stepping away from the constant news to recover sanity in this world. Of course no president has shut down the gvt…right? That would certainly be a clash of powers… but most people - except donald’s fan base realize what a stupid waste his silly wall is.
