Discussion: Rand Paul: GOP Doesn't Need To Be 'Pure,' We Need To Find Common Ground

Smells like troll droppings in here…EGxactly as I suspected.

paul is definitely not pro choice no matter what he wants people to believe and has a voting record to prove it … he’s a typical libertarian who believes everyone should be able to do whatever they want unless they disagree with what that is … but i’m all for him being the gop nominee …

Because nothing says big tent open to divergent ideas like Paul LePage and BENGHAZZZZIIIIII! And what right-thinking working poor voter doesn’t want to be forced to work until he or she either dies on the job or is too old to extract even the smallest iota of pleasure from retirement? Who can deny the need to do that, so that our betters might continue to increase their share of the nation’s wealth?

Dr. Paul is sounding very Presidential these days! He will beat Biden with Sanders running third party. Obamacare GONE, public sector reigned in, then America can heal.

Hillary can’t win. Time to abandon ship, leave the Dimocrat PArty to it’s fate and go Green!

Paul said that he’s working with people with various views within the GOP because winning elections is done by building coalitions.

‘We know that these people are all moochers and not real Americas, but if we can keep the crazies quiet we might be able to hoodwink a few of the 47% into voting Republican…’

If the curly headed simp thinks he’s getting the Republican nomination, he’s as crazy as his old man.

The only way Paul get a nomination is in the Libertarian Party. Only that.

The GOP purists–and there are a lot of them and they are loud–are not even remotely interested in finding common ground. They like being purists and are convinced that they are 100% right and anyone who says different is making them into victims.

Moreover, Paul doesn’t really want common ground as has been shown by his continuous far-right stands. What he does want is more voters. That’s all he wants.

Well, that should just about kill any chance of Paul getting the Republican presidentital nomination in 2016

Somebody really really really wants tobe president

Ryand conveniently includes himself in the GOP by saying “WE”. The Republicans don’t want him or claim him and there is no other shape-shifter Party for him to blur into.
Really he’s a man without a Party peeing on the only tent that has a door for confused libertarian, big/small government heroes and conspiracy laden nuts, that are all inclusive except for types like himself. he door is locked.

Ryand is practically begging to be noticed and accepted, unfortunately for him, he is just being tolerated.

I missed the video of this sack of shit opportunist. I’m pretty sure I missed the huge wink he gave after he was done giving his comments.

“scorch the earth clean in 2016”!

Now that’s just a really scary phrase. I’m pretty sure the various militias would use it if they thought of it.

Concerned concern troll says Trojans should pull lovely horse sculpture inside.

Hey!

Trust me, dear!

I’m the same ignorant, violent a-hole I used to be … but now completely different!

I swear!

Completely different!

I’d never, ever hit you again … unless, of course, you really deserve it.

No, no. Wait. Hey … I said I’m completely different. Didn’t you hear me?

Since Mr. Paul seems to have short and long term memory loss (too much Aqua Buddha?), someone should remind him that the GOP of the last 20 years or so doesn’t DO “common ground.” They do “my way or the highway,” and exits are only to the right.

Concern troll is concerned.

Dude…don’t bogart the Aqua Buddha. Sounds like you’ve way more than enough. Go get some Taco Bell.
