After hearing Laurence Tribe address this topic, I think a judicial determination is in order. Cruz, of course, is petrified he might lose.

Just hilarious. Cruz has probably been prepping to be President since his college days. He’s burned his bridges in the Senate, pandered to the tea-partiers that constitute his base, demagogued on immigration, the ACA, terrorism, the gun issue…only to get potentially tripped up on a natural born citizen issue. In language he can understand, The Lord does work in mysterious ways!
