Discussion for article #240074
Maybe she should just create her own Clerks Office where she can certify herselfâŚlike you did, Rand.
But, you know, heâs totally in favor of legalizing pot and thinks drones should only be used on liquor store robbers so heâs a âLibertarianâ Republican.
Davis should not be âforcedâ to sign off on gay marriages but itâs A-OK for her to force OTHER folks who work in that office not to do it either. Is that what youâre saying?
How is demanding that she do her job âforcingâ her?
She shouldnât be forced to dot he job she ran for and was elected to do. Itâs the American way!
religiously objectionable
Considering her history, I think we all need to know if Kim is currently having sex with men other than her current husband as she makes her deeply religious decisions. I hope Senator Paul takes the libertarian lead on this.
Perhaps we should start doing things like robbing Senator Paulâs house and then claiming that we really just needed his stuff because it was obvious he wasnât using it but we can definitely use it and our religion told us to steal all the stuff in his house.
This is Paulâs request to Liberty Counsel to send donations.
And one other thing. Where in that Big Black Book does it say marriage is between one man and one woman? Doesnât it talk about marriage being between one man and LOTS of women? Especially ones you steal from other tribes after youâve murdered their husbands and children?
A la Stephen Colbert someone should form the âChurch of Iâm Not Paying Taxesâ and then claim a religious exemption to having to sign their tax return forms. See how that goes.
She should be removed from office for dereliction of duty, end of story. And these clowns who advocate ignoring federal law should be disqualified from holding position in government.
Too late, all police departments already worship at such a church, The Temple of Asset Forfeiture.
Well he also didnât think lunch counters should have been forced to serve black people either so whatâd you expect.
But I do love his âlibertarianâ philosophy where strict adherence to the constitution and itâs legal framework is the most important thing ever, unless he doesnât like it. Or that apparently some government employees donât have to do their job yet must still be paid if he likes you, while the rest (and most private employees too) are all just lazy âleechesâ who have too many protections and are stealing your tax dollars through their union and should all be fired for any infringement or dereliction of duty.
Libertarian = Anarchy
Clown Boy youâre a moron⌠her signature doesnât indicate approval or disapproval⌠it just means its a valid government documentâŚ
I respect Senator Paulâs right to follow his own religious beliefs. If those religious beliefs are getting in the way of his duty to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, than he should find a new line of work that doesnât âforceâ him to faithfully discharge the duties of his office without reservation or purpose of evasion. The same goes for Ms. Davis.
Well, it did occur to me that a group of people could gather together, take this clerk somewhere, bury her up to her waist in sand, and pelt her with stones for being an adulteress and then claim that the Bible told them to do it and that they were not subject to the laws of the land.
It doesnât matter if she approves of or disagrees with gay marriage, she needs to do the job she was elected to do. Citizenâs are guaranteed protections under the law. If you canât fulfill the duties of your job, due to your personal beliefs donât take the job. You arenât entitled to one as a US Citizen. Also, Iâm sure if the person taking this hardline stance in the name of religion wasnât a Christian, weâd see the same fervent support from Sen. Paul.
You do realize that one of his aides is under investigation for breaking into the home of the parents of another aide, who had died, to steal his laptop, right?
So you may not to be too far off hereâŚ
