Unfortunately, the lack of a chain of custody on the crash site will forever create questions about the provenance of any claimed “evidence”.
No. The separatists claim that a Ukrainian fighter shot the airliner down for various reasons, including so they can blame the separatists for it.
Russia needs to be hit with about $50 billion worth of lawsuits for contributing to this mass murder.
HA! Yeah, and not even over their airspace…
The IACO simply needs to admonish its members to refrain from any air traffic into Russia.
