Apparently Flynn is wanted to testify in OneMoreTrial™, and in that trial (Bijan Kian) the defendant has asked for a delay until Sept. Naturally, Flynn’s attorneys don’t want him sentenced until after that last bit of cooperation, especially after the sentencing judge asked the prosecution why they weren’t charging him with treason.

I think this calls for the firing of Bill Barr. If he’s not going to shut down all of these investigations and prosecutions and destroy all the evidence the FBI, prosecutors, and Office of Special Counsel have collected, then he’s just not doing his job of protecting the president. And he hasn’t done a thing about all the NY state investigations. I mean, sheesh, do something.
Let alone that those pesky SDNY folks have been talking to Congress on the side and passing them information (about things like Whitaker’s attempt to shut them down).
If we’re going to have Federal employees talking to Congress under whistleblower protection, there should be some damned retribution against them.

Pretty darned sure. Back during the Whitaker hearing there were a few lines of questions from a couple of Congresscritters asking whether he had ever been in any discussions about reassigning folks from SNDY or VA… Only real reason for that line of questioning would be that they had inside info that that had happened.
This is interesting. What I also want to know is if Gates is contributing to on-going cases around the TT meeting, the Inaugural Fund investigation and conspiracy.
