Probably too late for Mr. Wafer to get immunity by joining the police force, right?
It’s such a shame if it is too late because Mr. Wafer is just the type of guy most police forces seem to be looking for…
… in addition to a mandatory two-year punishment for the unlawful use of a gun, prosecutors said in their recommendation to a judge.
In Arizona if you use a gun in ANY illegal act and someone dies during that act - whether from the use of a gun or not - you re charged with first degree murder.
Arizona has a death penalty.
In comparison 15 years seems like a weekend.
He could apply for a retroactive Vigilan-- I mean, ‘NeighborHoodieWatch’ membership like GeorgeZimmerman.
And a 55 year old black man who shot a teenaged drunk debutante would be treated equally, am I right?
He’ll get the two years. Shooting blahs is always understandable. They’re really scary.
Especially if you’re Ben Stein.
Liked both your comments. Too true, Wafer is just the kind of guy to shake things up, as keep the status quo in place, at the PD’s. Overreact, shoot quickly then claim was in fear for life = self-defense.
True. The George Zimmerman defense works like a charm in Fl. But then again, murderers just seem to get a pass in Fl. People are quick to shoot in Fl like the grandmother who recently shot her own 7 YO grandson. This type of reckless shooting needs to stop. There needs to be a strong message sent that these wanton shootings will no longer get a blind eye.
You know very well you’re not right. Be realistic. [snark]
55 YO black male would be seen as reckless, angry black male. The white debutante was obviously afraid of him, that’s why she would’ve been knocking at his door at 4:30 AM just like Wafer opened the door at 4:30 AM because he was terrified witless for his life. GMAFB!! Really? Neither was afraid, except McBride was just plain stupid and unlucky in her actions (Still doesn’t warrant the death penalty from some homeowner vigilante), Wafer is just a careless murderer. I feel a little for him. But upon full sober analysis, I don’t feel sorry for him, not much. He showed a lack of care for human life. That’s who’s no angel not that Brown teen for shoplifting some CIGARS!!!
