The last thing I want is for the IRS to nail me so what I do is pay the tax fair and square. It is ultimately the patriotic thing to do, something Manafuck doesn’t know anything about, along with the Orange sepsis now contaminating the White House. They think not paying taxes is smart, but it’s just proof that they are soulless cretins and grifters. Lock them up.

Judge said he has 17 minutes left for rebuttal, but the judge won’t be draconian about a time limit. Unless he changes his mind.
If I’m the jury listening to an hour long rebuttal after 3 weeks of dreary docs, I’m voting to acquit on at least a couple counts just to teach that fuckwit a lesson.

Remember Manafort is 69 years old. If he goes away very long at all it is a life sentence. The bank fraud charges are up to 30 years each. They will probably run concurrently that puts him near 100 when he gets out.

Steve Calk should be expecting a knock on his door if he hasn’t had one already. I don’t think the Feds will want to accept a plea in exchange for evidence. He doesn’t know anything about the Russians.

Well, it certainly puts the squeeze on. This plus the next trial. If he’s convicted in both (which is highly likely, it’s clear Mueller doesn’t bring cases that aren’t solid), his only recourse would be to turn state’s evidence, right? Assuming he has any that Mueller actually wants.
