Discussion: Process For Launching Nuke Strike More Complex Than A Trump 'Nuclear Button'

I sure as heck hope that, somewhere in the chain of things to be done in such a situation, there is a fail-safe cut-out for “fat head narcissistic brain fart”…

If not , we’re doomed.

Huckabee Sanders then reassured President Trump’s supporters that “under no circumstances will he act like a mature, rational adult.”

Please don’t tell him !

Lost on Donald if the briefing didn’t have big pictures and Trump mentioned several times in the body of the document

Ivanka will take notes…

There is always some hope in North and South Korean talks as long as Putin’s pet parrot does not screw them up.

Look. The Dotard has been working all year without a single golf vacation. In all fairness he should toodle off to recuperate from his demanding job of monitoring teevee shows. A reasonable vacation schedule would keep him out on the links for a few months until his indictments come in.

… but the president doesn’t actually have a physical button.

More like a physical limp knob?

not really related just funny

It’s great that we have nuclear codes the president has to give to the people who actually have their fingers on the nuclear button. That means we have a safeguard against our nuclear arsenal being used for swatting. A random madman can’t just call in to have nukes dropped on some random country.

Now all we need is some protection against the known madman who has the codes calling in to drop nukes on some random country.

We get rid of our nukes, we get rid of presidential control over the decision to use nukes, we get rid of the demented guy in the WH, or this demented guy gets rid of us. Those are the options. We have to choose one of the first three to keep the demented guy from choosing Door #4.

Thanks to the AP for making me feel much better. I can now sleep peacefully knowing that the Cretin-in-Chief does not have a nuclear “button,” he only has a “biscuit” inside a “football.”

This morning I turned on the radio right after I dropped the kid off at school, and was navigating through a horde of jaywalking teenagers, so I missed who exactly had made the “my button is bigger than your button” claim.

I honestly could not tell which madman with nukes had said it.

Um , yes , Trumpy has to go through the situation BUT it wouldn`t surprise me if Kim DOES have a nuclear button he could press .
