Discussion: Priebus Says WH Doesn't 'Know Of' Any Contact With Russia By Trump Campaign

So tell me again, why was Flynn “resigned”?

We don’t know if Priebus is not lying, either.

Well, see, Flynn is no longer a part of the campaign, so technically he’s right until someone else is exposed in the near future.

They’ve had over a week to come up with a plausible story but then they double down on their demonstrably false “timeline”.

It’s a bit sloppy to say “inaccurate” and “totally wrong” about the same story. I wonder if Reince is deliberately trying to semaphore something. That’s twice, with the same phrasing, by the way. Probably he is not signalling… but with this crowd, any backstabbing maneuver is conceivable.

What false timeline are you referring to? There are so many! Also, if you believe Trump, that Flynn was completely winging it when talking to the Russians, then Trump looks like he can’t control anybody on his team. This may be true!

So technically is Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak not a “Russian agent”?

Reince Priebus is lying and putting out fake news. A lot of people are saying that the Russians handpicked Rex Tillerson for Secretary of State and Neil Gorsuch for Supreme Court.

The tentacles of Russian intelligence reach deep into the Republican party at all levels. Many have noted that in addition to the National Republican Party, the state and county Republican party organizations, James Comey’s FBI and many conservative media outlets are also infested. Russian intelligence has a long history of, and expertise in political king making and election rigging.

>Chuck Todd asked Priebus on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” whether Trump could "say definitively that nobody in his campaign, nobody that he’s been associated with, had any contacts with any Russian agents."
Priebus flatly denied it.
"No. First of all, the answer is no , and we don’t know of any contacts with Russian agents,"

If you read it like this, he’s saying pp can not say nobody talked to the Ruuski’s.

“I’ve talked to the top levels of the intelligence community, and they’ve assured me that that New York Times story was grossly overstated and inaccurate and totally wrong.”

Of course, Wrenched was talking to Russian Intelligence

That’s a good point—he was careful to say “know of” and “agents” when it would of course be on a wink-wink ask-me-no-questions basis. Manafort said that plainly, they don’t tell you they’re agents. So this isn’t much of a denial.

pretty sure i don’t expect an inanimate object to know anything… the White House as a building either…

Maybe the correct inference to make is that Reince’s lawyer isn’t just on retainer anymore.

“Priebus Says WH Doesn’t ‘Know Of’ Any Contact With Russia By Trump Campaign”

Puts me in mind of a person I wont name who once said "I am not a crook " and not long after that,I can remember same person standing in the door way of a helicopter being flown away from the White House for the very last time.

Back in the 70s, if the same Republican congressman were in the House today, Trump would be giving his final wave from the helicopter any day now.

The WH is full of morans and time is neigh to smoke them out, along with their Ruskie buds. BTW, they didn’t know where the light switches were, either, so I suppose they are in a good position to plausibly deny almost anything. They are traitors.
