The Postal Service was created to serve us not to make money.
It is my understanding that Postal Management are still getting bonuses but are not called bonuses.
If you know as much about Postal Management as I do,you might find this sad.
My belief is no one,who works for our governments, is entitled to a bonus.
Serve or get out.
