“Wag the Dog” looks prescient.

Fake news.

Only paid liberal activists are worried about war.

Trump isn’t working.

We have a bellicose, non-fact based Administration intent on breaking up NATO, the EU, and harassing our allies. Damn right they should be worried.

Did I mention a President with an attention span of a gnat and the maturity of a five year old with very little knowledge or respect for history or the world at large?

People still believe that we have to fight um over there so that they dont come here after what was the biggest foreign policy failure next to Vietnam…

The homegrown threat is alot larger…but it cant be used to justify huge increases in defense spending…

Remember those SO troops driving through Kentucky on their way back to their base with a Trump flag waving in the wind? What percentage of our volunteer military voted for Trump? Maybe they want to go to war?

Americans should fear imminent conflict because the US hasn’t declared war since WWII.

But I don’t discount this congress and their willingness to break with recent history.

The 24/7 ministrations of Nurse McMaster should keep Patient #1 from most sharp objects as he scans his single sheet of Top Secret and colorful puzzles with his finger…

Any distinction between foreign and civil?

50 percent of republicans label Russia as a “friend/ally” but they still reserve the pinko commie slur for Democrats.

The BEST WAY to destroy any Democratic form of Government (which is Bannon’s goal) is to mire it in a long, bloody war that the people did not want and will not condone.
The people will rebel and will search for ANY way out of the conflict and blame the existing government.
This also allows for a budding DICTATOR to leverage the unrest resulting from said war to declare MARTIAL LAW and thus destroy the Democracy from within (which is Bannon’s end-game.)

I predict Trump/Bannon will start a shooting war with Iran no later than July 4th 2017. This will escalate rapidly into a full-on Nuclear Strike by the US on Iran after multiple terrorist incidents within US borders (and around the world.)
Putin will be ecstatic about it when the Strait of Hormuz closes to all shipping and the price of Russian Oil skyrockets by 500%, while at the same time tying down American forces all over the world.
With the cash infusion and the US in total disarray Putin can march into the Baltic States, Ukraine, and possibly Poland, Czech Republic, etc. and rebuild the old Soviet Union without ANY interference from the US or NATO (whom the US will pull into the conflict too.)
Netenyahu will also take that opportunity to crush the Palestinians once and for all and implement his own “Final Solution” for them.
Once the Pakistani’s decide it’s time to “use them or lose them” they will start a nuclear exchange with India and it’s pretty much all over folks.
All so one maniacal raging narcissist can sooth his damaged EGO and the people who voted for him can “stick it to the Elites”.

What’s with all the generals named to administrative and cabinet posts? Does Trump admire discipline because he has none, or does he just like their posture and bearing? We know he bases most of his decisions on how people look. It just makes me nervous to have that many people with hammers running around looking for nails.

And I thought I was a pessimist!

I’m not worried; I accept war with Iran as a given.

Confidential to those considering enlisting: War is inevitable with this administration. Ponder that.

Slightly o/t, but per my recollection, this country has been “at war” for something like 14 years. We still have troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and probably running around the Syrian border. While I can’t blame the OSG for that, it’s highly unlikely that he and President Bannon are going to do anything to decrease our armed forces overseas. If only there were some body of men and women in Washington who could make changes to this situation; we could call them a “Congress.” If only…(I too, am worried that the president* will involve us in another armed conflict. The mere thought of that man having access to the nuclear codes is absolutely chilling.)

Don’t you recognize the obvious superiority of president’s Bannon’s vision for a New World Order? The abdominally obese, hypomanic slob went to an Ivy League business school and was in the Navy for seven years. For a time he led a favorite propaganda rag of neo-Nazis and made a great score by buying into re-runs of Seinfeld. So we see that president Bannon is an obvious uberman, superior to you and I, and if president Bannon says “war,” so be it.

We can tell how smart he is by how well president Bannon’s well-oiled administration has been run thus far. It’s about time the good, Christian, White Lord in heaven blessed our country with a messiah: and that messiah is president Stephen Bannon.

BTW, practice saying “radical Islamic terrorism” (it makes a real difference).

Since the conclusion of WWII, actually.

Seven percent of Americans would call Russia an ally, 28 percent would describe it as “friendly but not an ally,” 43 percent would call it “unfriendly,” and 18 percent would call it an “enemy.” Four percent had no answer.

Trump: 35% are with me with Putin as my dear friend. Another Electoral College win for me.

You are not worried, because war is something that happens somewhere else. It’s Iranian women and children that will get blown apart as, it’s Iranian civilians that had no say about the whole thing that will receive the collateral damage.
