I agree, I think Brownback is toast. I am more comfortable with this race than I am with Crist winning Florida at this point, to be honest.
The TPM polltracker uses some marginal and highly unrelaiable polls in its averages, which skew the polling toward Brownback.
Davis is not behind. Davis will take Wyandotte and Douglas counties for sure, and probably Sedgwick. It is pretty tight in Johnson County, and of course Brownback leads in all the rural counties.
Davis will carry Shawnee County, as well, and possibly even Riley (Manhattan). Most of the counties with the larger school populations will be against Brownback since he unconstitutionally gutted their funding levels.
