Politico’s chief white house correspondent Mike Allen has been booked to emcee part of an event set up by a group funded by the Koch brothers designed to connect Republican presidential candidates with wealthy donors, according to Politico.

There is so much wrong with this picture and the paragraph that describes it…beginning with “Politico’s chief WH correspondent”…to, “a group funded by the Koch brothers”…ending with, “connecting Republican presidential candidates with wealthy donors”.

These assholes pretending to be straight reporters in order to get those WH press passes, don’t even pretend to be doing legitimate work in journalism anymore. Instead, so many like Allen on the right now do freelancing contract work as partisan political operatives…and then go on Morning Joke to sell their partisan attacks even further. The very definition of a SHILL. Politico is a complete joke.

Fuck this guy. Fuck the Kochsuckers, Fuck the GOP, and Fuck the disgusting state that American journalism finds itself in…More Sick Shit.

BTW, will Mark Halperin be there doing Pilates too? Oh, and spellcheck doesn’t think ‘Pilates’ is a real word. Weird huh?.

This is everything that’s wrong with the DC political press. I doubt Mike Allen has any views whatsoever; it’s just all a big game to them. Who can get invited to the most cocktail parties with the greatest number of dessicated old senators. Who can publish the party press releases first and call it journalism.
