The Republican Party wants to make it official that they’re in on Donald Trump’s treason.
That should make it easy to see who’s compromised, in the House anyway.
Wow, this doesn’t make them look guilty as fuck at ALL.
”House Freedom Caucus members Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), two of Rosenstein’s most vocal critics, are leading the effort.”
Rosenstein: “Well, if nothing else, I have to admire their balls.”
Jordan: “Perhaps later.”
(Apologies to Edmund Blackadder)
House Freedom Caucus members Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), two of Rosenstein’s most vocal critics, are leading the effort.
Success is assured.
Clearly they’re convinced that the pendulum is never swinging back—that they’re permanently in power. Because if they weren’t they wouldn’t try incredible shit like this. I just take comfort in knowing that they’re idiots. If I thought they were actual intelligent humans I’d be worried.
Somehow their party’s Capo still enjoys 42% approval. That’s a whole lot of Americans who have contempt for the Rule of Law.
hahahaha Anyone have any possible idea about the basis of their planned impeachment? This probably isn’t going anywhere but if it does, it will get interesting.
The obvious response to clear, unequivocal evidence our nation has come under assault? Impeach the person who presents the evidence!
In other words, treason by the GOP.
That’s why they took over the counties and states before they took over the federal government. They control the voting process.
At least the conservative Republicans, but I am not sure I could name any Republicans in office who would be excluded from that category.
so?
They don’t get a vote on the impeachment if it ever gets that far.
Please proceed traitors. The rest of us Ameticans look forward to your firing squad.
That’s Rosenstein, not Rosencrantz.
I think the D’s in the House should turn around a file impeachment cases against Meadows and Jordan…that would be fun
Do they really think they can get away with impeaching Rosenstein now?
The indictments of the Russians are out. It’s clear Americans were involved. Mueller can get more details out in public on relatively short notice. The time for an effective cover-up is past.
Best.Comment.Ever!
I think we just witnessed earlier today the reason they want to get rid of Rosenstein so badly. Besides, Manchin helped them plant a Russian mole as head of the DOJ Criminal Division, and he’s next in line, so who better than that to handle the Mueller issue?
Gallup has him at 41%, down from 45% a couple of weeks ago. The trend line is in the right direction…
