Discussion: Police Respond To Fake Hostage Call At Parkland Student David Hogg's Home

To be accurate, Hogg did get into college. He got accepted by three universities, but Ingraham dissed him because he admitted he didnā€™t get accepted by all of those to which he applied.

Oh, and whoever pulled this stunt needs to be arrested.

Anyone who planned, had knowledge of or supported this crime in any way needs to have their lives literally destroyed.

Arrest and try them all for attempted first degree murder. And make sure every single one of them has their personal information including their own addresses published. This should haunt criminals like this for the rest of their miserable lives. Screw these right wing assholes.

Not a ā€˜prankā€™ itā€™s ā€œattempted murder by cop.ā€

Itā€™s truly sad when certain adults act childish while the ā€œchildā€ is the real adult in the room.

I canā€™t imagine that the cops take too kindly to this shit, either. They will come down hard on whoever did this.

ā€œThe attacks on Hogg moved mainstream when Fox News host Laura Ingraham posted a tweetā€¦ā€

Iā€™m pretty sure thatā€™s not what the term ā€œmainstreamā€ means.

David Hogg and these students certainly did not ask to be part of this. But to their great credit, they have accepted their responsibility to others. More power to them all.

False reporting is an arrestable crime everywhere.

Iā€™ve been thinking about the backlash these students have faced. Should they have just had their 24 hours of crying and then gone back school? Is this how the ammosexuals would like any of us to treat a man made tragedy? I wonder if they would have acted this way with drunk driving caused deaths? Or to go even farther back in time Cholera and Typhoid epidemics of the past. Every fatal shooting is fatal because some one got shot. Why is this so hard to understand?

It sure is a good thing the justice department has assured us thereā€™s no such thing as rightwing domestic terrorism.

They are getting nastier and nastier. Attempting to silence opponents this way is a demonstration of the intellectual bankruptcy of their position. Sort of like what was exposed in the Niall Ferguson emails a few days ago ā€“ if your arguments are weak, go for personal attacks.

Well another way to look at this is Turtle is trying to protect his people. How in Hell are the Republicans going to defend their positions-on anything? Also gives all of them an excuse not to campaign in person, just like not having to do town halls because they donā€™t want to risk getting their feelings hurt.

For some reason, Iā€™m reminded, when I hear about alt-right backlash pranks, of the tag MASHer Hawkeye Pierce put on Frank Burnsā€™ toe before attempting to ship him elsewhere: ā€œEmotionally exhausted and morally bankrupt.ā€ Mostly the latter.
