Easy: It’s Obama and Holder’s fault.
Holder’s because he did not prosecute the two evil Black Panthers in 2008
and Obama’s because he created a divisive race war culture when everyone was getting along just fine before.

Hell, they may even blame the people that died, saying they are the cause of “racial tensions” and that if they were segregated a la '50s and 60s, none of this would have happened.

I’m sure they would if they knew it. South Carolina is one of the states, mostly in the deep south, that doesn’t require a front licence plate. It appears they only have video of the front of the car.
