Discussion for article #226761

Is that a joke ? They are basically blank and the date entered in reads 8-19-2014.

That’s some pathetic negligent shit. And that asshole cop is getting full pay while on leave from his undisclosed location. Fuck Officer Wilson. He clearly would rather get fired down the road than face the music of criminal behavior for the alleged act of killing this young man in cold blood. No other explanation makes sense.

THE FPD SHOULD FIRE HIS ASS NOW!!!
NOT PROVIDE FURTHER COVERUP FOR DERELICTION OF DUTY!!!

BTW, this implicates the entire higher-ups of the Ferguson PD for accepting this report as part of a pretty obvious coverup. They too should be fired!!!

This smells more and more like a police cover up to me. It also makes you wonder what information the district attorney has used for the grand jury.

It’s not the crime. It’s the coverup. But in this case it’s both.

Yeah, and the FPD held it from the press for 13 lousy, painstaking days to cover for this pathetic excuse of a cop. Meanwhile, the community gets branded as “unruly” for standing up for Michael Brown, by pointing out the obvious, the unprofessional level of disrespect and lack of due diligence that has been a hallmark of this police department. I’ve been angry too just reading about how unforthcoming they’ve been…This just proves it and how much they’ve settled into that bunker mentality to protect one of their own. Unbelievable that any of those assholes still have a job to go to.

Wow. Just wow. The arrogance and/or stupidity in releasing a pair of “reports” like these is breathtaking. Especially compared to the detailed report on the convenience store robbery.

If it weren’t for the ACLU’s involvement, and everything we’ve seen to date from the Ferguson PD, I’d say this was a hoax.

This police dept. is acting like some kind of rightwing private militia group. Its disgusting. No accountability. Thank gawd the Feds are on the case. I wouldn’t trust a grand jury either in this case.

The first is when does the behavior of the police reach the level of obstruction of justice? Seems to me they have blown past that marker and headed into accessory of the fact territory.

The second is that I am tired of hearing how the police had to murder someone because there was a struggle for the officers weapon. Simple answer is to mandate that police must carry “Smart” guns exclusively. That way they have no fear if they lose control of their weapons ( versus losing control of themselves)

Those reports are about as illuminating as a Donald Trump-employed Hawaiian investigator.

I know they’re going after the prosecutor because he’s not exactly impartial and has lots of baggage in terms of conflict of interest. But after these lousy empty pieces of paper, they really need to demand the Ferguson Police Chief and all others above Officer Wilson involved in this case, be fired for improper police behavior and harboring a fugitive from justice.

What did they cite as reasons, National Security or KKK Heritage?

That doesn’t look like any incident report I’ve ever seen. Maybe it’s a cover sheet or something.

Another point
The Fergusan oppression force left this mans body lying in the street for approx. 5 hours because, according to the Chief and press releases, it was important for all the “crime” scene information to be collected and technicians to have a chance to do their jobs.
Another flat out lie. We know this because there is NO police reports, forensic reports, or any other evidence collected. Which was no surprise since non of the videos I have seen show any crime scene people working the area. They just show a body being left in the middle of the street.
So what was the point in leaving the victims body out on the street in the August sun for 5 hours?
Pure intimidation of the neighborhood?

Obviously, the Ferguson Police Department realizes that the more information they put on the record, the higher the likelihood they’ll be caught in a lie. Not that it really matters; the police are rarely held accountable when something like this happens. So, whether this is the tragic result of a justified police action or an unjustified homicide, the outcome is likely to be the same.

This is one arrogant police department, though. Whether it was the flimsy excuse they had for leaving Brown’s body in the street for hours (and then unceremoniously dumping it into the back of an SUV) or the questionable and incendiary decision to release an incident report on the convenience store robbery (but not on the shooting!), they have shown themselves to be accountable to no one. The citizens of Ferguson really need to take this civics lesson to heart and show up at the polls, from now on, in overwhelming numbers.

I’m really waiting for the emergency room report on Wilson’s eye and facial injuries.

I can’t really tell from the videos I’ve seen, but it really doesn’t look as if he has any visible injuries. Perhaps someone with more experience with suborbital bone fractures can add some info?
They just show a body being left in the middle of the street.
So what was the point in leaving the victims body out on the street
Obvious. it was to show the rest of “them” what’s gonna happen iffins they step out of line, don’t know their “place”. Armed whitey be watching 'chu!

No other reason is even remotely possible.

On another note, I can’t wait for Billbo Reilly’s show tonight to whitefoxexplain this “report” and how there’s “No need to waste valuable paper and time to write on it over one more dead nigger.”

Of course, he doesn’t say these exact words but the full meaning is identical. Substitute “not a normal guy”, for example.

Hey people I am confused. First of all I agree 100% the way this whole DISASTER was created is despicable and no one can be blamed but the local government. It appears to be a very racist area especially when you have a population that is close to 70% African Americans yet the police force and government is 95% white. That in itself would be fine if the people were friendly and communal.

Clearly they are not.

Nonetheless it appears from the videos in the grocery store that Mike Brown was taking something from the counter and then seemed to be arguing with the employee and left. Certainly he did not appear dangerous though he seems to have taken something. Whether there is more to the story or not we cannot know. IE maybe the store clerk and Mike knew each other. We just do not know and I do not get how that can be possible after all this time.

Why didn’t the media interview the store owner?

Were there any Black people that witnessed Mike Brown get shot? I read that there were twelve witnesses that saw Mike rushing the copper. Where are these people?

Very confusing. How can there be no video of what went on. I though all cop cars have video always running now.

Seems like this is being created so that we as americans fight between ourselves.

We need to get together people, all of us. The problems are not between us it is between the bankers and government stealing our rights to live peaceful happy lives together. Do not hate someone because of his race. Do not hate someone for any reason as the hate will only hurt you.

Lets stick together and get answers as to why this thing is being played out this way. Anonymous did not help things. Yes often times they can but in this case I think they made it worse. The Major Media are even worse of course as they have millions of viewers. We need to get our country back. When both the Democrats and Republicans are useless and no other party ever gets elected what is left?

Though I do not have the answer I do know fighting with each other only makes it worse for all of us NOT the 1% that have all our money.

“cover sheet”

You nailed it. In between and behind the sheets.
