Straight to special prosecutuer with ability to charge any one who doesn’t fully cooperate with obstruction and have them immediately dismissed, with loss of pension and benefits if they don’t jump high enough when told to jump.

St. Louis City and St. Louis County are 2 completely separate entities, Also, Riverview has its own police department, and the fact that the County police are taking an interest means they are taking the event seriously.
