Well, these things take time. The police dept. is trying to figure out how to differentiate this hate crime from the one that one of their own committed a few days ago.

I understand that the charges must be supported by specific evidence in order to convict, but let’s be realistic. Somebody, supposedly white shot 5 people, most likely Black, while they were demonstrating in favor of BLM. There seems to be no other relationship between the suspects and the victims, and robbery was apparently not a motive as nothing was taken. So…is it really questionable whether this is or is not a Hate Crime?
