Most recently, police filed an unlawful detainer in 2014 while Houser was being evicted from his home in Phenix City, Ala. According to Taylor, Houser’s house was foreclosed upon, and when a new homeowner purchased the house, that individual had Houser evicted. Afterward, Houser returned to the home to pour concrete in the drain pipes and tamper with the home’s gas pipes, according to Taylor. Houser was never arrested for the vandalism.
Holy Fuck! This man beats his wife and vandalizes a house he used to own – but he was never arrested? Damn, Alabama, what does one need to do before you guys arrest them? Drive while black, perhaps? Gay marry, maybe? Dang! Just dang!

Well, good ol’ boy Rusty sure had a lot of “issues,” but it was Chuck Schumer’s mouthy niece that finally sent him over the edge. He ran for office and involved hisself in politics to try and best his daddy, but he was pretty much a loser, which reminds me of a certain good old boy from Texas . . .

Since when is tampering with gas pipes considered vandalism? Is it only terrorism if you actually know how to do it right? And christ, pouring concrete down drain pipes is a bit more than vandalism too. Couldn’t he have just used toilet paper and eggs like a normal person? Something tells me this guy isn’t very good at keeping things in perspective.

Plus he should be in a data base of people who can’t buy guns, and the ass in the pawn shop who sold it to him should be arrested if the Laws and the date base efficiency were just updated accordingly.
I would also note that tampering with drain pipes is pretty bad, but tampering with gas lines can be deadly. This is one unstable nut who just wanted to kill, there is documented proof of that. How the hell does he get legal access to a gun?
