“Police Intensify Manhunt For PA Gunman Who Killed 6”
I’m going to assume the police were very intensely searching for a psychopath that had freshly murdered several people and represented a very real threat to others. Looking as intensely as was possible under the circumstances. I’d hate to be the police flak that stood at the press podium and said “Well, we’d like everyone to know we’re looking for this mad man more intensely today than we were yesterday.”
How the hell did they intensify a search that by all rights should have been at maximum intensity from minute one?

I hope those poor children are being cared for by someone who loves them very much. It doesn’t seem like they have many family members left.

When I lived in Nashville, the news cycle often was dominated by stories like these (the manhunt, the frequent suicide of the murderer, the trial, the shameless mugging of the family clergyman, etc.) all from outer suburbia or the rural burgs. It’s usually wounded honor, substance use and often no surprise to a lot of people. Given the other stories in the news, it will be interesting to see how much effort goes into capturing him alive rather than dead.
Let me understand this.
Yet ANOTHER white male mass murderer is skipping around scott-free…and armed to the teeth…while the police “intensify their search” and will end up apprehending after a few MONTHS or so wit kid gloves.
MEANWHILE it remains OPEN SEASON on unarmed black children.

Ummm, the TPM headline says “intensify”. The article states it spread to 2 additional counties. This was due to a car jacking last night in that area, where the suspect matched the description of the a-hole they are looking for. This info is right in the article.
Apparently you don’t. Read the article. Nothing “intensified”, they just are now spreading it to an area where a car jacking suspected match the description of the person they are looking for. And if you think they are trying to let him get away or treat him with kid gloves because he is “white”, you truly are delusional.

I understand enough to know that police are letting a WHITE ARMED KILLER run loose while they MURDER BLACK UNARMED CHILDREN.
