Law enforcement scumbags. Redundant?

Time to drop the case entirely. If the girlfriend saw his erect penis in person, there would be no crime. But when he sends a photo of it, suddenly the prosecutor is falling all over himself to hit him with a felony count?

My guess is its a series of things spinning out of control. First the girls parents bending someones arm to give it attention, then a prosecutor looking to climb the ladder heard sexual offense and wanted to notch up one of those victories, and then finally, when they refused the plea bargain, decided to play hard ball and threaten to embarrass him via taking the photos.

So now there is a politically ambitious prosecutor seeing his/her case getting all sorts of criticism, is trying to back out.

The Police probably got bombed with phone pranksters making Tallywhacker jokes, as well as quoting the Fourth Amendment.

So glad all the media attention prevented this from happening. So bummed at the confirmation that yes, we heard correctly, the cops were planning to perform a grotesque sexual assault on a minor.

Reminds me of Janet Reno’s deplorable history as a Florida State Attorney.

Be glad they aren’t in New Mexico. They’d get a court order for an anal rape and some viagra.

WTF were the judge, DA and cops thinking? They should all be prosecuted for conspiracy to manufacture child pornography and conspiracy to sexualy abuse a minor.

They already took pictures of his genitals when he was arrested. You know they probably tried to tell him jack off for their cameras. What country is this again? Bizarro USA
