our worthless governor has already pronounced him guilty. He couldn’t wait to showboat the whole thing and tweeted “WE GOT HIM!”, implying the Freeway Shooter had been arrested. His office also released the name of the suspect before DPS was ready to do so itself.
No, Ducey-bag, DPS arrested a suspect who is innocent until proven guilty. BTW only a week or so a suspect was arrested and then released, charged only with a minor marijuana offense. The new suspect’s defense attorney is going to have a field day with this.

Hmm. He was arrested because “tried to pawn the gun used in the shootings.” And they know this how? Because it was the same caliber? It’s a one-of-a-kind?
Hell, even the FBI has discontinued bullet lead analysis. This after spending years perfecting the outright lies about its accuracy.
So far, it sounds like their evidence is based on a psychic reading.

If he were black, this would be headlining Memorandum and be the top story on Fox, CNN and the networks. Politico would have no less than three op-eds. But…he’s white. So regardless of his guilt or innocence, you won’t be hearing any more of this story.
