Discussion: Police Arrest 'Active Shooter' At Trump Golf Course

Well, if he’s a supporter this’ll be a head-scratcher for Trump, won’t it? There are some very fine people on both sides of the shooting-up-golf-courses issue.

"And he had an American flag that he did drape over the counter,” Perez said.

And therein lay his major mistake. Had he draped a Russian flag over the counter he would’ve been eligible for a complimentary round of golf and a discounted membership.

He said officers from Doral and Miami-Dade confronted him immediately and exchanged gunfire with the man who was “neutralized” and taken into custody.

Who leaked the information about this active shooter? That person needs to be found and fired.

Must be a Florida corn farmer, newly corn-holed as a result of Chinese buyers boycotting American agriculture.

Hunting for an orange varmint perhaps?

To vague a story… was he shooting at someone or just random shooting? Was he shouting support or criticism of Trump?

His mistake, as a bogey golfer, was taking more than the one shot allowed per hole.

Obviously we need more guns on golf courses in order to keep them safe. Mandatory NRA gun training for all caddies before they are issued open carry permits and sidarms.

That would be a great question at the next WH press conference- will Trump require all of his golf course and hotel staff be armed to stop the “bad people with guns” - in line with Trump’s earlier recommendation that teachers be armed?

He was just showing Trump he appreciated a nut job being able to carry and use a firearm.

Gives a whole new meaning to bringing your irons out on the course with you.

“Caddy, fetch me my 9 iron. Actually, that looks like a brown person climbing the fence… bring me my 9mm iron instead.”

Why are the police interfering with this man exercising his Second Amendment right to stand up against government tyranny?
