This was a lovely piece of jujitsu, but fact checking the GOP is a full-time job. Their default mode is prevarication, so it’s nice when the rhetoric and optics work out to demonstrate this fact; unfortunately, it does not change a thing.

Maybe he will go on Hannity tonight and explain how the data from AUL got confused with PP. More than likely, he will run to Fox and just lie his punk ass off some more.

It is easy to see how Chaffetz may have been confused. Obviously that is a very sophisticated chart that would be difficult to fact check and interpret… I mean just look at it… It was clearly put together by a very serious statistician.
