How long does the appeals process typically take? I wouldn’t look for the gang of five to take the case if it arrives before october 2020, but after that all bets are off.

That’s really brilliant.

It’s more than just an inconsistency. It’s an inconsistency that proves government is legislating to establish a religion. If it can do that, then the Constitution is as quaint a document as Dick Cheney’s Geneva Conventions.

Yes, and no one can be required against their will to donate a kidney or even blood to keep someone alive but they think women can be required to carry a fetus they don’t want to term???
