They ought to slap him with a civil contempt of court decree and throw him in jail.
I dunno man…is Kobach making a gang sign in that picture?
Too much heat in the kitchen.
David Orel is smart enough to know not to perjure himself in court.
I would think that Kobach has a standing issue.
I would think so now that David Orel, after being nominated, wants his name off the ballot/lawsuit.
ru-roh
Looks like the “loser” sign laying on its backside.
Exactly. What is the state interest in having a Democratic candidate if the Democratic party doesn’t want one?
Pond scum slime, the whole lot of them.
Imagine the Republican SoS as a party to a frivolous lawsuit. I thought only trial attorneys flied those suits and the Republican Party and the SCOTUS was trying to protect us, the little people, from the scourge of such suits. I am so confused…
Watch Kojak pull a win out of this. It is Kannedass, after all.
It’s all unraveling fast, isn’t it? Of course the plaintiff didn’t show up. He is a Kobach stooge and knows that the Dem lawyer will tear him apart on the stand.
Well, that was stupid of the guy.
Could it have been a set-up?
Fork. Meet Kobach. He’s telling you that you’re done.
Here in AZ if the accusing party doesn’t show the case is tossed.
Politics is a blood sport
looks more like he’s signaling some kind of offer to the judge like one and a half million. The fore finger is the million and the finger under the chin is the half mil…
Problem is Kobach is real close to needing a new position. So he is trying to make “friends” of the Tea Party republican’s by doing everything to support Roberts (Roberts might actually win, Kobach most likely will NOT).
With his tea party cred established, Kobach can look forward to being hired by some Koch industry or perhaps even Faux Spews channel.
