Katrina Pierson, the national spokeswoman for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, collected at least $11,000 in unemployment benefits while she was still working.
Pierson received these benefits from the Texas Workforce Commission between January 2012 and November 2013. At the same time she received this government money, Pierson was working as a consultant for Ted Cruz’s campaign for the U.S. Senate.

The level of uninformed stupidity shown by this spokeswoman is waaay of any chart. Members of Congress do vote for a declarationof war but private citizens (trump being still unelected to any office I am aware of) cannot. Repeat here for clarity.PRIVATE CITIZENS CANNOT DECLARE WAR OR AUTHORIZE THE US MILITARY TO INVADE A COUNTRY. I am amazed, frankly, that Katrina has enough brain power to walk.

The point is that Cpt. Khan was a patriot, a true-American hero, willing to give his life to save his fellow Americans. And that he was an American Muslim immigrant originally from Pakistan.
And that in Trump’s world, this hero would not have ever been allowed in the country.
