Very sad. This is a wonderful family.
Why does the news media feel that they need to invade the privacy of people at these times?
So very sad.
It is hard to imagine what he has had to endure. God I want to kick Cruzās ass.
Was just thinking the same thing.
RIP, Beau. May the family find peace and comfort and strength.

Very sad indeed. Joe was so close to his children and to think he lost his wife and daughter to an auto accident and almost lost Beau then. I am almost glad I donāt have any children - I know how difficult it was for me to lose my pets over the years so I canāt imagine what he must be like to lose a child
The family that is not influenced by special interest. Simple with integrity and honest life. I wish voters will have a second look of the Vice Presidentās true intentions for this country. Letās give him a chance to lead and be President of this great nation.
It was a public memorial for a public family. If the Bidens hadnāt wanted the press there, it would have been a private affair. Iām glad that the photos are available, so that others can feel the emotions that humans have together during the loss of a loved one. The Bush administration hid the caskets of the fallen soldiers from public view. This openness to public grieving reflects the inclusiveness of the current administration and the love and humanity of the Biden family.
I adore Joe Biden, absolutely love the man. I keep thinking about how he always called his kids āhoneyā, how heās never, ever afraid to be vulnerable, to be Joe Biden to the fullest. To see this man, this family, in so much pain is just heartbreaking. I wish there was a way to send people love and hugs. I would certainly send them all I have.
āHEARTBREAKINGāā¦
In ONE life time Joe has lost 3 loved ones.
So sorry Joe.
The sheer amount of tragedy that man has endured beggars the imagination.
It is more painful than you can imagineāthe worst thing that can happen to a parent, and it changes you forever.
Saturday at 10:30 a.m. the president will deliver a eulogy for Beau Biden. It probably wonāt be televised.
This was a āpublic memorialā, anyone who wanted to honor the late Beau Biden could have attended. An "invasion of āprivacyā is more like helicopters intrusively hovering overhead
My grandmother lost one of her sons at 13 to cancer in times when there was no treatment but to amputate the leg but it still returned. My mother told me that her mother was never the same again. She just did what she had to do to survive on a daily basis, all to the detriment of the rest of the children and her husband.
You are a sweetheart PluckyinKY I wish I could do the same.
And let us not forget the pain and grief of Beauās wife and his children.
