Thanks Temptations:

"Smiling faces sometimes pretend to be your friend
Smiling faces show no traces of the evil that lurks within
Smiling faces, smiling faces sometimes
They don’t tell the truth uh
Smiling faces, smiling faces
Tell lies and I got proof
The truth is in the eyes
Cause the eyes don’t lie, amen

Remember a smile is just
A frown turned upside down
My friend let me tell you
Smiling faces, smiling faces sometimes
They don’t tell the truth, uh
Smiling faces, smiling faces
Tell lies and I got proof"

The wife should be sent to prison. I really do hope she gets some serious time. She’s like the ‘Eve’ in all of this (no, I’m not implying Bob doesn’t share the blame).

He’ll get more time because he was the one who held office, not the wife.

‘Schatze, was Uhr?’

“The ex-governor has previously said that the watch was a Christmas gift
from his wife and that he was not aware Williams had purchased it,
according to the Post, although the photo could shed doubt on that
claim.”

So where did she supposedly get the money to buy him a Rolex? Do they really think that excuse would work? Wow. They are more stupid than they look.

Most men having a midlife crisis buy a gold chain and lease a red Corvette. McDonnell just had to try to go upscale.

So if the wife was the master mind behind all this what does that make McDonnell? Some wuss to cowardly to stand up to his spouse and refuse to indulge in the criminal grift? I say that makes McDonnell look worse, not better.

Time to get a new Timex!

These people are so vulgar. It is fitting that she is a former Redskinette.

From what I’ve heard about the case so far, both of these two idiots are likely to do decent stretches in prison. The hilarious part is that they were offered pretty decent plea deals in which they could’ve avoided lengthy sentences but McDonnell refused because he didn’t want the conviction on his record. He was afraid it would ruin any future political career. I guess he didn’t consider that what REALLY tanks a political career is spending several years in prison.

Ten watch.

Wasn’t Gov. McDonnell at one time hyped as a potential GOP Presidential candidate?

He gave the GOP response to the State of the Union Address!

The last time around; beat out by Eddie Munster.

Just the allegations alone were enough to sink any future in politics for him.

Such much?

“Eve?”
