Simple way to get Dems to stop talking about a constitutional crisis, Mike: You and Trump resign. Crisis averted.

“But it’s time to dial down the rhetoric on Capitol Hill.”

Only after you dial down your own rhetorics.

…Democrat presidents.

Every time I hear a “Republic” using this construction, I’m struck by how ignorant it makes them sound. The correct adjectival form is 'DemocratIC," idjyit. Yes, I know it’s another GOP propaganda tactic, but it just makes them look more stupid in my eyes.

“I was on the Judiciary Committee for more than a decade. I don’t have any memory of a member of the Cabinet ever being questioned by committee staff.

Well when you’re just a piece of furniture in the room you don’t notice much of anything.

Typical anecdote-ruled conservative mind.

“I’ve never seen it happen, so therefore it doesn’t exist.”

(God forbid he knows a little history.)

Pence shoots down Nadler and Pelosi’s “Constitutional crisis”

You just took the words–literally–out my relatives mouths.

Yes, that’s a revolting image.

The GOP is not exactly pining for the sharpest minds. Republicans and intelligence parted company by mutual consent decades ago.

Pence is the kind of individual John Nance Garner had in mind when describing the vice presidency as being “not worth a bucket of warm piss.”

Proving his impotence as a leader. On many ocaisions he has told audiences to not pay attention to what the news says (fake news!) but to what the Trump admin says.

Yet there is still all of this pesky talk - because the 'Dems" and the public actually read/listen/watch the news - and yes we are in Constitutional Crisis territory.

Fun fact. While gov - Pence tried to start his own state news… an effort that got huge backlash (how would this be different than the PR releases and offices in the various agencies - isn’t this costly and redundant - to - this isn’t about PR it’s about controlling media) and within days - idea withdrawn. If he was actually effective, he, too, would be Orwellian. But - instead Pence lands in lame-o incompetentatosville.

The President and I fully support Attorney General Barr’s decision to refuse to testify under the conditions of the Judiciary Committee put forward

Does this President actually have conversations with the VP, or just ask him to bring over ketchup for his steak?
