Guessing this guy was involved in Pence’s brief (and roundly mocked) effort to establish a governor’s media outlet (re: propaganda) - which got announced and pulled back almost immediately when it was pointed out that each gov agency had their own pr offices and that the initiative was both fiscally wasteful as well as stinking of gov manipulation. In short, another spox for these fools who falls short in the mental toolbox.
