I know I must be missing something here, but those in the âOust Nancy Nowâ caucus seem to be a strange mix of (1) some newly elected left wing Members from 100% Democratic Districts and (2) some newly elected âright wingâ Members from basically Republican Districts who distanced themselves from Pelosi to get Republican votes. So, do they plan to replace Nancy with someone to her left to satisfy the Occasio faction, or with someone to her right to satisfy the Moulton faction. Or do they just plan to create chaos for the New Democratic Majority before that majority even takes power. Idiots!

I hope folks realize that the House could be voting for the next President of the United States. Pence may not make it past the second cut in the Mueller investigationâgiven his sycophancy-- and could end up with a serious obstruction or conspiracy charge. I would rather see the presidency go to Pelosi than someone who just got off the potato truck and landed in DC.

Pelosi doesnât look the slightest bit worried.
Sheâs using this fake challenge to enhance her legitimacy. Sheâs willing to stand in the ring. Will anyone else? When she secures the votes in the caucus, the entire caucus will vote for her on the floor. Theyâre not going to hand the Speakership to a Republican.

Iâd say Fudge is well intentioned so Iâm not going to criticize other than to say itâs not enough to win by running against trump as the winners did this year. But to win in the future means reconciliation, comity, all those big words, in order to form a lasting vision of what the party is all about and what it can do going forward. This is not a start in that direction.

He sure as hell doesnât respect the state she and I are from. Heâs been silent on the devastating fires and its victims and has only praised belatedly first responders. Heâs also tied up National Guardsmen on the border insteading of freeing them to work in the devastated areas.
