@skeptical, trump has no sense of courtesy for those who work for him. His thought is …everyone in government… House, Senate, judiciary, and all the thousands of workers out there all work for him personally. So since he is “da boss” courtesy is not needed.

Trump is reportedly terrified of being assassinated and that is why he put off traveling to any of the war zones for over 2 years. HE IS A COWARD.
This irrational fear is stoked daily by his 8-hours-a-day consumption of Reich-Wing-Nut-Job TV and conspiracy-laden web sites and twitter-feeds.
Take someone as unstable and paranoid as Trump, and expose him to all this and you get Mr. Flack-Vest and lunatic conspiracy rantings.
