Poor fool doesnât realize that the whole building is burning down around him.
Count on it. Who is going to stop them? The GOP is on a roll, Trump can say or do as he wishes. There is no check on Trump or the Party.
Sticking it to the people, their support are bending over saying me first.
Not in your lifetime bucko.
AKA - we learned with health care, the president just wants a win, is disinterested in policy, and will lie to the people about how great it is - so now itâs time to go for the Gold - privatize everything so wall street can make huge commissions, and so that there are even more piles of $$ for even bigger Tax Cuts for the wealthy!
We need video of Ryan (and others) saying this out loud. Everytime the GOP starts pushing Tax Reform - cue the videos and push to go viral. Will make the 2006 era ad Pushing Granny off a cliff (Social Security) look tame. Paul Ryan thinks he is hitting a trifecta. Instead he is gleefully getting behind the driverâs seat to drive the GOP off a cliff.
I hate Paul Ryan.
âThe question is, can we get everyone else to agreeâ
George Bush was man enough to take his greedy scheme to mom and pop. He learned real fast the answer was no.
Donât underestimate the monstrosity of republicans in congress.
I think the Comey thing broke him because he really doesnât get how important nominating an FBI Director is
ââŚoverhauling Social SecurityâŚPath to ProsperityâŚpremium support systemâŚâ
Language hate crimes.
Progressives need an ethical version of Frank Luntz, one who uses his powers only for good:
- Taxes = âPatriot Duesâ.
- Alternative Energy =â Freedom Fuelâ.
- Contraception = âLiberty Pillsâ.
- Gun Control = âMortuary Reliefâ.
- Global Warming Regulations = âBarbecue Reformâ.
âThe question is, can we get everyone else to agreeâ Ryan said.
I can answer little Eddie the Ghoulâs question, succinctly: âAbsolutely fucking not!â
And if he had even an inch of spine with which to hold a town hall he could hear that in person. Loudly.
Ryan might be the most enigmatic character in D.C.
He seems to be a âTrue Believerâ
Iâve always assumed that your basic GOP shill was out for some personal payday at the end of the line. But I wonder if thatâs the case here. I think this man is an actual âTrickle Downâ, âLaffer Curveâ fanatic of the sort that followed Ronnie Reagan about in the 80s. In fact thatâs probably when this crap seared in to his brain.
This just never gets old. And it fits rAyn to a âTâ.
âThere are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year oldâs life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

The CBO needs to score this in terms of the number of seniors his policies will kill or make destitute. They can go ahead and use dynamic scoring so we can base the estimate on the number of people that die early from his healthcare plan, who never make to old age, which reduces medicare rolls and by extension the destitute rolls.
This the triple net of the Republican party, reduce taxes, eliminate entitlements, cull the low income population.
Ryan: Take you proposal to privatize Medicare and shove where the sun never shines! You maight as well get used to what it feels like.
When is the CBO score for the passed repeal bill going to be released? Isnât it due next week?
It doesnât matter what they do. They can cut Medicare and Social Security, take away their property, poison their water, starve their children, even sodomize them daily with a broom stick, and the supporters of Trump and the GOP will still support everything they do. It is the Dunning-Kruger Effect.
Would only lead to single payer sooner not later. But donât let Paulie in on the secret.
Paul Ryan has a real boner for destroying the social safety net which, by the way, he benefited from. Shameless!
And when they cull the low income population theyâre heading straight for the middle class-the class that supplies the men and women who will go over to the ME and take the oil this time. And all the while those at the very top are trying to figure out how to then squeeze out the top 10% and where to find a maid, a landscaper, and drivers.
