OMG. Chris Jansing just reported that Sonny Perdue and another senator “don’t recall” Trump making the comments, so I guess we know what would have happened if Durbin hadn’t been there.
And J.D. Hayworth is now trashing both Durbin and the" aptly-named" Flake, who confirmed that he was told by senators coming out of the meeting that Trump said this. Wow. Wow.
