Discussion: Paul Ryan: Conyers Sexual Misconduct Allegations ‘Extremely Troubling’

Conyers and Franken are “extremely troubling” but Two Scoops is “meh”…

I could just spit.

Ayn Rand: Trump has 16+ sexual allegations and he has settled some as well. They don’t really matter as he is a white republican who will give me tax cuts. Besides, if anyone speaks out against him, the deplorables will kick him out.

Anybody want to hazard a guess as to how many members of Congress settled* sexual harassment cases through this process? Ryan must be sweating, not knowing how many additional Republicans will decide to retire in the coming weeks.

(Structured in such a way so as to appear as regular salary. This shit is unbelievable.)

OT, with intent: does anybody know if any GOP senators will vote against the Tax Bill? What’s the story there? Seriously asking. There seems to be almost no news about the most consequential tax vote I can remember.

But I support Trump… nothing troubling there? When will the madness end?

Only when Mueller or the American people make it end. I’d go for the one-two punch, first Mueller drops a dozen more indictments and then a blood bath in Nov. 2018…and the Republican Party dies of a brain hemorrhage on the knockout.

Or am I believe too vicious?

No, I didn’t think so either.

“People who work in the House deserve and are entitled to a workplace without harassment or discrimination,” Ryan said, outlining the recent steps the House has made to combat sexual misconduct in Congress.

He made no mention of the House’s plan to continue to discriminate against and harass the American people with insane tax and health care provisions…

Always good to hear from Speaker Empty Suit.

I wonder how long it’ll be before we’re all saying, “Ryan’s Sexual Misconduct Allegations Are Extremely Troubling.”

Curious about Ryan’s thoughts on this?

…outlining the recent steps the House has made to combat sexual misconduct in Congress.

Are these the same steps the House made after Republican Mark Foley sexted 16-year olds? Or are they the ones the House took after Republican Speaker Denny Hastert was exposed as a child rapist?

Serious question: who leaked this to Cernovich? I suppose lots of people have access to the info if they want it, but none of the high-ranking members want it, because they need the plausible deniability.

Nunes seems dumb and crazy enough.

That’s now a law, that’s an ordnance!

Yes, I have heard that argument before. I’m sure this one will use it too.

Anyone have any news on the candidate running against Ryan and how that is going?

My nickname for Ryan is “Shrug”.

Also, this hypocrisy is lost on no one. Even the die hards who will defend the imbecile to the death, they see it. They know.

AS i said on another thread, if all the members who’ve made unwanted advances to women were to resign, there wouldn’t be enough members left to form a quorum.
