I’ve been following Krugman for years and though he would have gotten the point across, he never would have said it in so sharp a tone 10 years ago. He’s seems pretty fed up with the nonsense and bullshit, as he gets into his “Get off my lawn!” years and has “no more fucks” left to give.

For me, this is the money quote. Trump is the GOP’s “enfant terrible”, but the others, including Jeb Bush, and especially Scott Walker might actually damage the country more if elected, because they are “smoother” and therefore more dangerous. This is why Trump is so embarrassing to the GOP. He SAYS what they only THINK.
