Brad Parscale predicted on Tuesday that President Donald Trump will win reelection in an “electoral landslide.”
At least he maintains his humility.
Why do we keep having these close elections? My theory is that both major political parties are so closely identified with the 1 Percent that 99 Percent of Americans either don’t vote or try to guess which is the lesser evil. Imagine if we had a nominee like Bernie Sanders of Elizabeth Warren.

I am hoping that Trump gets buried by an electoral landslide. But, of course, I don’t earn my paycheck by lying to Trump to keep him happy.

I was about to post something snotty about Parscale. But then I remembered that I thought Trump was an electoral gift to Clinton. I found it inconceivable that there would be enough slow-witted voters out there to elect him. I thought he might win a State or two. So no, I won’t be coming out of retirement to start running a political betting parlor.
I am not counting any chickens untill Nov 2020.

Come on folks. Pay attention. They are going to do it again. He is blatantly telling us that. They are so confident they are practically ready to tell us how they do it. But of course, we can all sit back and just argue about how a small portion of this country swung the election the last time. We can quibble over polls. We can berate our own candidates. Meanwhile, the latch on the door is being lifted.

He’s ruthless and incredibly arrogant. But, he was able - with a Russian assist - to bring in those Rust Belt states. Don’t dismiss him lightly
The fix is in. Russia has control of enough polling stations that they can tweak results and/or eliminate voters in volumes enough to not be provable, but to sway the election.
In about 2060, the files on the 2016 election will be declassified, and we (okay, our kids, or theirs) will know for sure that that already happened.

IN 2020 we take a page out of Beto O’Rourke’s playbook, no matter who our candidate is: we go every damn where and talk to every damn body and ask for every damn vote we can. No scientific mumbo-jumbo about whose votes we can bank on because they always swing our way. Just a raw-knuckled all out pushback against GOP foolishness combined with a charm offensive to end all charm offensives. I could be wrong, but that’s the way I see it. If it works, the Parscales of the world can go pound sand.
