Generally, you need a legal proceeding before the court to invoke the subpoena power. There is none. Nobody is being charged and nobody is being sued and there is no ongoing investigation. If they still exist, they will surface as soon as the MSM decides it’s worth offering the person who possesses the video more money than the Palins offered him/her.
