“I agree with our military, our intelligence community, and peer-reviewed science that climate change is a major threat to our prosperity and our security,…"
Very good. Draw on other, reputable sources who are backing the Paris accord to support his position.
Agreed. And I think another key is the first two are in general predisposed to be conservative, and he cited them.
Have you seen the attack ads they are using against him?
Did you know he actually works for Isis and the Taliban?
I guess they are going for that demographic
You know real Americans, salt of the earth …morons

Very good. Go after Trump and GOP policies, like health care, environment, climate change, etc., rather than Trump’s personality.
Keep talking facts and science, Mr. Ossoff, the GOP has no clue how to react to those realities…
While I agree with his thinking, if this issue polls poorly in that district, then he should stay quiet. But if it polls well, then go at it full throttle. Need the win.
He’s doing a great job of selling liberal ideas as the center left mainstream. I think he’s a very good politician and I think he can win that race.
This means Ossoff is a puppet by led by Pelosi
Uh yes they do
Is PeePee meaning to help our opponent with that tweet?
All but guarantees Trump will pull out of the pact.
As do I. But I’m not going to attach myself to an outcome. This is a deeply red state and, despite Trump’s narrow win, a reliably red district. My big worry about the possibility of his losing will be the spate of ‘Democrats in disarray’ and ‘messaging!’ analysis that comes from our odious political press. My take, based on years of living in a red state, AZ, and in red districts in California is that stupid people vote for stupid people to represent them. End of story.
This is what trumpf is against:
Its all about oil, gas, and coal for this motherfucker. Pure greed for a dying industry with dirty energy choices from the fossil fuel industry. Look who he put in charge of the EPA for cripe’s sake and in charge of world-wide diplomacy at the State Department. That wasn’t by accident folks.
Dumbest man in the planet, unqualified to be president or even street sweeper, will never stop obsessing over what he knows happened. He lost to a girl. Sadly we’ll never hear him to speak to the country so we must get used to 140-character incoherency.
Still saying that one… {:facepalm:}
In her interview yesterday she offered an in-depth account of what happened in that election – how Russia executed their plan using the useful idiot, and how their assault is still continuing. That must have hit his nerve badly.
I was beaming and so proud of what she said in the interview, and that she can always lay out the case coherently and seemingly off the cuff.
Make this even stronger by adding stats on coal jobs, which I think are less than 100K for the entire country, with a lot of those being highly paid executives, not miners. Then point out that (the beloved) Market Forces are propelling the shift to renewable energy globally, that China and Germany will happily eat our lunch if the US is eschewing the very profitable industries involved, and that pulling out of Paris will not just cost the US its seat at the climate table specifically, but be yet another signal that the Trump administration is, at best, cavalier about our position as ‘first among equals’ on global governance and security.
Someone needs to remind the White House that increasing temperatures are likely to adversely affect the annual covfefe harvest.
Twice this morning I’ve heard the MSNBC host Stephanie Rule say some version of ‘Just because Trump pulls out of the climate accord doesn’t make him a change denier.’ HUH? Isn’t this the guy who tweeted iit was a Chinese hoax?
