I wonder O’Reilly’s views on Victor White III. He was at the scene of a fight, submitted to a voluntary pat down and the police find some drugs. He winds up dead in the back of a police car, handcuffs behind his back. The Police claim he shot himself in the back. The autopsy showed a front entry bullet, the forensic pathologist said the the gunpowder in the wound was not consistent with a short range bullet wound, no tests were done on White’s hands for residue. The coroner still concluded suicide and that White with his hands handcuffed behind his committed suicide with a bullet to the chest. The police found drugs in a pat down but couldn’t find a gun.
The problem I have with the Ferguson is that a prosecutors job is not prove guilt or innocence but to see if there is enough information for a trial. The DA presented evidence as if he were Wilson’s defense attorney. Grand Jury’s rarely reject indictments, remember the old saying that “you can get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich.” The bar for an indictment is very low.

I’ve known people like Bill O’Reilly, and I’ve got a bit of a theory—I think he was about 6 or 7 I.Q. points smarter than the regular dopes around him when he was growing up, say on the lower end of bright-normal instead of just normal, and he surmised from this that he was smarter than everyone in the entire fucking world. The Dunning-Kruger effect has protected him from ever doubting this, despite the mountains of evidence that he’s really not very bright at all.

It isn’t an epidemic? I guess Bill didn’t watch “The Daily Show” the other day. They listed a bunch of black boys and young men who were shot by police recently. Jon Stewart would have continued naming black young men and boys recently shot by police, but he only had 1/2 hour.
