He says " he believes"…and O’Reilly’s beliefs always convenience his world view. No one is talking about increased scrutiny of Blacks and high Black crime rates. That part of what Bill O’s says is true. Blacks do have a greater propensity to commit crime…certainly violent crime against Blacks…than Whites do. But it’s not what folks are concerned with.
When is the last time Officer Wilson told a middle aged White guy to “get the fuck back on the sidewalk” when observed jaywalking? When is the last time officer Pedrino put a White middle aged guy in a choke hold, killing him, for having in the past committed crimes so petty they are often used as a measure of petty? Would a self appointed vigilante that shot a law abiding White middle aged dude just for walking down the street in a hoodie get an acquittal?
Bill is moving the subject and like most in front of him…Simmons lets him get away with it. “Bill you are talking about murder and rape. I agree…burn those criminals hard. There’s so much that could have been brought to O’Reilly to shut him up, such as the targeting creating the vicious cycle of “dark skinned” poverty, cuts in dark-skinned education, etc but Simmons failed on so many counts. Bringing up the war on drugs was good but he didn’t follow up on unequal sentencing for dark skinned VS fair skinned drugs that inflate the numbers in prison for petty non violent crimes, dropped rates in dark skin neighborhoods, fair skinned injustice system NOT targeting “white” criminals and lighter unfair sentencing, where studies show harsher sentences for dark skin and light skin not even arrested for clear crimes because of privilige. He also failed to shame O’Reilly on his claim that the real drug sellers of crack and other drugs are white, and more relevant that those non violent drug crimes such as taking or selling small amounts of drugs are not violent acts. Geez, these people (Dems) sure don’t know how to defend themselves against lies. Simmons must be a Dem. lol
Regardless of all that, the overwhelming majority of people of color do NOT break the law, so a small percentage of dark skinned people in prison for non violent acts do NOT justify police violating THE CONSTITUTION (They blab about when it’s them on the line) & breaking the law themselves & killing innocent unarmed people…hmmm, that’s why it’s EXCESSIVE FORCE, Bill you dummy. Nor does the injustice created black prisoners justify profiling since all dark skinned people everywhere did NOT collectively get together to sanction the guy down the street selling crack. I doubt Oprah Winfrey or Cosby (snicker) got a phone call & gave their approval for the crime, so why is their skin color profiled and NOT their actions? Stupid policing is why. Bill is absolutely flat out WRONG on that. The white injustice system targets dark skinned people while turning a blind eye to fair complexion related crimes giving the perception there is more “black” crime. But just use your logic a bit & you realize the very injustice system that stated dark skinned people were NOT human beings, then sanctioned Jim Crow/poll taxes is the same justice system spitting out these biased/inflated numbers. Analyze them better & studies have shown the discriminatory reasons for these inflated numbers. “Whites” actually commit way more crimes than “blacks” it’s just that the “white” run system turns a blind eye to its own & prefers to target & criminalize “dark skin” thus giving that false perception. The fact that many “dark skin” are unable to afford good legal counsel, don’t kiss cops’ butts enough, and are unfairly accused of crimes by bigots adds to the incorrect perception. So again O’Wrongly is wrong as usual because it strokes his ego to delude himself his lighter complexion makes him superior somehow but nobody dares bring up how his skin color killed millions during the Holocaust, and assaulted, lynched killed dark skin during Jim Crow & for centuries (That doesn’t count, it was the past & has no affect on today is O’Wrongly’s hypocritical excuse refusing same accountability), lol. That doesn’t matter. The moral of the story is according to O’Wrongly & his bigoted brainless ilk, light skin can do NO wrong ever & dark skin can do NO right, so blame the victim for their own forced victimization. Kind of like how rapist blame the rape victim. At some point people need to think & wonder how logical what they’re saying is. Does somebody having a darker tan and a wider nose really cause a specific behavior in that person or is it the fact that society chooses to single out certain people based on looks then discriminate against them to create the perception of the very perception of violence they created against these people. Studies show the latter which is clear to any logically thinking person. It’s not like skin color in itself can create a behavior. It’s like saying you saw 20 robberies committed by short people so being short makes people commit robberies. Come on, people need to start thinking instead of letting bigoted conditioning shape their self-serving preconceived bigotry.
Stats mentioned by O’Wrongly can’t be taken at face value since both dark & light skin have never been treated equally. So many discriminatory practices & prejudices create those anti dark skin numbers they can’t be taken seriously.

Actually, it should say alleged 45% as those numbers are also inflated due to white criminals getting nepotism/favoritism passes from their own “white” cops/judges/prosecutors, etc

Dark skin has been criminalized unfairly, studies show this consistently from the first time dark skin arrived in America it has been treated unfairly and it continues. Now the victimized skin color is portrayed as the criminal and blamed for its own victimization with a little slight of hand of racist conditioning and subtle racist policies. It’s time for good decent people to drop the skin color pretense and demand all Americans be treated fairly and refute the fake racist created numbers depicting dark skin as criminal when facts prove the contrary. Skin color is not to blame, stigmatization of skin color, and “groups of the favored skin color” treating individuals as part of a skin color collective (As if skin color constitute a hive) are the problem.
Here’s the thing, dark skin crime is further impacted by real crime that does occur in “black” communities.
As studies show crime is a factor of poverty NOT skin color of course (Sad this needs to be said at all). Sadly people were unfairly legally assaulted/kidnapped/violated as a function of their skin color which was stigmatized as a result. Once legally freed by Lincoln the “superior” skin color was unwilling to give up its benefit it enjoyed for so long, hence race politics were created & financial equality denied on the basis of skin color just as education had been denied to people on basis of skin color. Many dark skinned Americans commit petty crimes because they’re poor NOT because they’re dark skinned. Of course more light skin people also commit crimes for financial gain also but they’re mostly given a pass while dark skin is targeted punished and vilified. People need to become aware of the reality and help fix this immoral, juvenile, unjust inequity. It’s a human rights issue.
Gang crimes are also a problem in all communities, it’s just that the bigots use “black on black” crime as fodder to blame the victim while ignoring rampant (lol) “white on white” crime.

It’s not just marijuana, it’s most drugs except for crack which is ONLY slightly used more by “black” people because it’s cheaper.
Most other violent crimes except for gang crimes follow the same racial disparity where light skin people commit more crimes in an area but overwhelmingly it’s dark skinned people arrested and punished. The injustice system is unjust and meets 2 different types of injustice based on skin color & the other important color green.
If you’re dark skinned but rich, you’ll prolly fare well or OK in the justice system but sadly many dark skinned people are not rich.
O’Wrongly is so good at whitesplaining all the other things he knows about the “Negro.” a la Cliven Bundy you know. smh.

It troubles me no end when people like Simmons and Jon Stewart feel the need to mitigate their wholesale disagreements with O’Reilly by saying that they “like him”. Why would they like him? Could he be 100% different off-camera than he is on-camera, because there is absolutely NOTHING LIKABLE about the O’Reilly we see regularly on camera. Why can’t these people shed the bottomless Democratic need to make nice and just tell O’Reilly that he is a despicable racist piece of shit and the only reason they come on his show is to prove what a lying scumbag he is?

One last comment on the drug war: If I see TPM spell heroin with an “e” at the end of the word one more time, I am going to go find a brave, outspoken woman, cook her up in my bent & blackened spoon and inject her into my vein.
