You know that the FBI used the “standoff” to collect information on right-wing gun-toting bat-guano-crazy Vanilla-ISIS types. So they have of course been taking names of everyone who sent the OBS (Occupy Bird Sanctuary) support packages. And they of course did not open the packages to see which ones were serious attempts to help and which were merely jokes. So everyone who sent OBS a dildo is on some FBI list of Dangerous People. It might even get you on the no-fly list.

A teller pulls a silent alarm, cops come, at the sight of coming police the getaway driver speeds off, nearly hitting a patrolman on foot. If he kills the driver in self defense you better believe the robber guy inside can be charged with homicide.

That has nothing to do with this case. The people at the refuge were not in the car trying to escape from police. That is a completely separate incident.

In mos states, it’s felony murder if someone is killed in the commission of a crime that you are participating in, irregardless of the circumstances of the death. I don’t know about Oregon but it may also be a federal law, in which case every one a them morons should be charged and locked up for life. See how much they blather about their precious right to screw the rest of us then…

Not a relevant analogy. This did not take place at the refuge, it was an independent incident far away.
Edit: Plus the person killed has to be an innocent person not involved in the crime. If two guys are raping a lady and a cop comes and they attack the cop and the cop shoots one of them and kills him, the other rapist is not getting charged with murder. But if the cops bullet hits a bystander, yes, the rapists can be charged with murder.
