“This in my opinion is unreasonable search,” said LaVoy Finicum, the spokesman.

He’s right. A man’s occupied Federal facility is his castle.

Their understanding of the Fourth Amendment is on par with their understanding of the rest of the Constitution. You don’t have a right to privacy in public, or a public building. The 4th guarantees against UNREASONABLE searches and seizures. Cameras on a substation, if true, used to monitor illegal activity on public land is the definition of a reasonable amount of surveillance.

These guys expose how stupid they are on a daily basis.

If they think the cameras are bad, wait until they find out a bout the mind probes.

I am pretty sure they gave up their right to privacy the moment they broke in to that building. This is like a bank robber complaining about the security cameras during a heist.

Enough already!!!

It’s way past the time to lock these morons up…

Did they catch wind of the government’s plan defer some costs by airing a new reality show called America’s Biggest Losers? 19 Morons and Counting, Keeping Up With The Kalashnikovs were close alternate titles.

For this Freedumb Fantasy League, I think that’s the same as an anal probe.

Child Protective Services had been to at least one of the occupiers' homes.

Well, when Dad abandons the family to go play Konstitutional Kowboy for an unspecified period of time, somebody’s gotta look after the kids.

So if they were installed by the FBI what right do these criminals have to take them down? They take the buildings, they block access to public areas, they use government trucks to go shopping – these are thieves, trespassers and criminals and all should be arrested.

Wait until they go home, fine, but let them get away with it – like Bundy on the grazing lands – and they’ll do more next time. Nip it in the bud now or the next time they’ll try to take over somewhere that shoots back.

Forget breaking in, they gave up their right not to be on camera the second they drove on public roads.

Domestic Terrorists have rights too, or some such chit.

It just struck me that if you look past the criminal behavior what we’re dealing with here psychologically is a bunch of sulky teenagers who never entirely accepted the tradeoffs that come with adulthood and responsibility. A society with rules and boundaries, the balance of rights and responsibilities, emotionally they can’t deal with it, like a kid who doesn’t want to mow the lawn and complains that it’s stupid to mow the lawn, the grass will just grow and in a week you’ll have to do it again, blah blah blah except for saying how everything is “stupid” they substitute the word “unconstitutional.”

Yeah, that is really something, isn’t it. Nicely said.
